Refund and Returns Policy


You must contact us before returning any item.

eMagazine returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorized returns – so please contact us before returning an item. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

eMagazine Returns

If you would like to refund your eMagazine purchase, we will be happy to do so if your request fits the following criteria:

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an eMagazine from the date you purchased it.
  • You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of the eMazagine.
  • You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your eBook purchase.
  • You have not previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.
